HIDDEN HERO DETECTIVE PARTY FAQ
HIDDEN HERO BOOK CHECK-IN: Date: Sunday, April 3 Time: Sunday Morning Bible Study Details: Each Sunday School leader will have a Hidden Heroes Check-in Logs by grade/class and Detective Book Teacher’s Key with answers. The logs will be based on current Attendance sheets, but will also include a space for each teacher to mark 1. That the child has completed their Detective's books, and 2. Whether they definitely plan to bring a friend to the party. a. There will also be blank lines for teachers to write in the names of any children that have been playing along, but don’t usually attend Sunday School. We will ask teachers to do the following: - Check each book for ALL 11 hero names, and ALL 33 Clues, - Sign each book on the Inspector Certification page, - Check the appropriate places on the Check-in Logs, and - Turn in the logs for registration sheets If leaders are asked, it is ok for children to share the clues and heroes with each other in order to complete their books.
HIDDEN HERO DETECTIVES PARTY: Date: Sunday, April 17 Time: Immediately following Worship Service (Lunch Location: Details: Each child who has their detectives book certified by their small group leader will be eligible to attend a Pizza party and Fun Day at the Costs: Admission to the museum, plus lunch for one parent/guardian and two children will be complimentary. Each parent will be responsible for paying for parking at the museum, which ranges from $3-$7 per car. As a result, we will encourage parents to carpool, if they prefer. Special Circumstances:
Parent Q&A: Q: I have 2 (or more) children that are doing Hidden Heroes. How does this work? A: Every child that has their completed book certified by their Sunday school teacher can bring one friend. In the event of siblings, however, we are only able to offer complimentary lunch and admission to one parent. Q: My child is missing some clues/heroes. What do we do? A: All Clues are posted to the church website at www.FBCNet.com . Please note that children are allowed to share clues/heroes with each other. Q: Does my child need the original paper clue that you pass out at church to qualify as having “the clue”? A: No; any child can hand-write in the clue they are missing. |
